Sales Ordering Process

Thank you for visiting our website and browsing our unique lifestyle gifts. Please read our ordering notes carefully before placing an order: 1. To enable us to give you as much information as possible, our Gift Ideas are split into a number of different categories (e.g. T-Shirts, Jigsaw Puzzles), each with their own information and selection page. 2. To make a Gift Selection, pick the relevant category page (e.g. Mobile Phone Covers). On each page please click the required Add to Basket checkboxes and then press the Submit at the bottom of the product page for your selections to be added to your basket. - If you make an error on this page before pressing the Submit button, then press the Reset button and start again with your choices. - If you make an error on this page after pressing the Submit button, then go back to the relevant category page and start again with your choices since pressing the Submit button will overwrite all previous choices for this category. 3. If you only wish to order from one category page then after pressing the Submit button, press the choice in the top row for Checkout to purchase your choice of gifts. 4. If after looking at your selections on the Checkout form you decide that you want a different gifts selection, then please return to the relevant pages and make your fresh choices, again ensuring that the Submit button has been pressed. 5. Please note that to avoid any errors in the printing process we accept only one photograph against any one order. If you wish to submit several photographs then please break your requirements down into separate orders, each using it's own submitted photograph. Ensure that you set the Linked order choice on each of the Checkout forms and we will adjust the postage for multiple linked orders to ensure that you only pay one set of charges. We will also confirm this to you by email. 6. Since we try and turnaround the gift orders on a daily basis, a linked order is only applicable if the separate parts of the order are all submitted on the same day and within a two hour time span. Outside of this time span then it is likely that with our levels of customer service, the initial parts of your gift order may well have already been produced and despatched. 7. The required photograph should be added to your order in the final stages of the Checkout process and should be a good quality image in either "jpeg" or "gif" format with a minimum resolution of 75 dpi (dots per inch) and a maximum size of 500 KBytes.
